Situated in vibrant Shoreditch just a stone’s throw from Old Street Station, this modern apartment has a lot going for it. The location is spot-on if you like to be surrounded by lively bars, local coffee shops and some of the best restaurants in London. It’s also home to tech start-ups, media offices and a pretty exciting art scene – just wander down the graffiti-covered streets and you’ll see what we mean. Everything is a short stroll or tube ride away – including the City, which is a twenty-five-minute walk – so you couldn’t ask for a better spot to base yourself. Back at home, this contemporary flat was once a tea warehouse, and that industrial-chic vibe is reflected in the cool, trendy design. The sleek kitchen is fully-stocked for home cooking, while the bathrooms sport lavish rainfall showers and luxury toiletries. When you need to hop on a Zoom call, both bedrooms have desks where you can work from home, and after a long day, there’s nothing better than sinking into the comfortable sofa with a glass of wine and your favourite show on the smart TV. We adore the metre-long windows – not only do they flood the room with natural light, but the views aren’t too bad, either.
