Travel Coordinator
- Working within a small team to deliver a high level of service, making group travel bookings for our clients including flight, charter flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
- Communication and support with clients to ensure they receive first-class, consistent service.
- You will be part of a young, dynamic team in a family run business with offices in the UK and the UAE.
- Work with high profile clients in the film, TV and sport industries, you will be handling dynamic and fluid travel schedules for our clients and will work with suppliers to ensure their demands are met.
Requirements
- A good understanding of English language and great care for constructing well written emails and messages to clients.
- Willing to make phone calls with suppliers and clients globally to build relationships and represent the Penguin London brand.
- Previous experience in travel planning, as well as experience in travelling yourself and therefore a good understanding of what our clients require.
- Competent with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to commute to our office in Arjan, Dubai.
- A desire to work closely with a tight-knit team to support your colleagues and ensure that collectively we deliver the high levels of service which our clients expect.
Hours, Location & Compensation
- Office based (Diamond Business Centre, Arjan).
- Flexible working hours (8 hours per day).
- Available & willing to answer any urgent emails or messages outside of working hours.
- Starting salary: AED 11,000 – AED 13,000.
- 2 days per month annual leave in year 1 (after probation).
- 30 days annual leave after year 1.

Charter Sales Coordinator
- Working within a small team to deliver a high level of service, making charter flight bookings, managing confirmed flights and coordinating arrangements with the client, including but not limited to passenger lists, catering requirements, schedule changes, flight briefs and special requests.
- Communication and support with clients to ensure they receive first-class, consistent service.
- You will be part of a young, dynamic team in a family run business with offices in the UK and the UAE.
- Work with high profile clients in the film, TV and sport industries, you will be handling dynamic and fluid travel schedules for our clients and will work with suppliers to ensure their demands are met.
